Terms of use

A photobooth for two people on different devices. One of you opens a room, the other joins with the code, and you count down together. Four cuts come out as one strip. There is nothing to install and no account to make.

• - Ask first. Only take photos of people who know they are being photographed and agree to it.
• - No harassment. Do not use Sulyap to harass, threaten, or upset anyone.
• - No recording people unaware. A room shows both faces the whole time it is open. Do not use that to capture someone who does not know they are on camera.
• - Nothing illegal. Do not use Sulyap for anything against the law where you are.
• - Leave the service alone. No scripting the room codes, no flooding the feedback form, and nothing else meant to break it for other people.

We claim nothing over what you take. No strip is stored, so there is nothing here to license, republish, or train anything on. What your camera sees stays between the two of you.

A room and everything in it disappears 60 minutes after it opens, or as soon as both people close the tab. A strip you do not download is gone, and there is no copy for us to send you. Save the ones you want to keep, when you have them.

Sulyap is provided as is, with no promise that it works. It may break mid-session, change without warning, or go offline. A room depends on both devices, both networks, and services we do not run, so a session failing is an ordinary outcome rather than an exceptional one. Do not rely on it for a photo you cannot afford to lose.

Sulyap is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
